All of our products are 100% natural and preservative free. Our products have an average shelf life of 12 months, however we recommend using within 6 months to maximize the benefits and nutrients in your products.

London Grant products are made by hand with plant-derived ingredients so you may observe very slight variations (e.g. color, texture). This will not have an effect on the product’s freshness, efficacy or safety.

For prolonged shelf life, we recommend using clean, dry hands, keeping products out of direct sunlight, and storing at room temperature or below. Learn more about caring for your natural products on our Care Instructions page.

Each bodycare product in The Minimalist Collection contains pure coconut oil. While coconut oil is rich in skin-loving fatty acids, it is comedogenic, which means that it has the potential to clog pores. For this reason, we recommend using the bodycare products from the neck down.

We have heard amazing stories about our products being used for hair - especially Sheer Glow, which is a lightweight, highly conditioning oil.

London Grant products don’t contain any synthetic stabilizers, fillers or preservatives and only include plant-based ingredients. This means that they may sweat or melt with temperature changes (even slight indoor changes).

Body Soufflé is very sensitive to increased temperatures and can melt above 74°. If melting occurs, you may observe “less” product in the jar. This is just the whipped air pockets escaping as the Soufflé melts. Simply give it a firm stir as it returns to a creamy texture.

Honey Coco Body Custard is full of plant-based, body-loving fatty acids. When the oils and butters change temperatures, you may observe the texture change from smooth to grainy. To restore the balm, simply place your jar in hot water or a microwave for a few seconds, allowing the Custard to melt. Stir, allow to cool, and you’re back in business. We process orders within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are then shipped using the method selected during checkout - typically 2 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

We are committed to our promise of providing eco-conscious packaging. All of our products are hand-filled in recyclable glass jars which increases the shipping weight. We also place padding around your products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. To ensure that your products also arrive in fresh condition, we only offer tracking and expedited shipping methods - typically 3 days or less.

Your entire shipping fee pays for the cost of postage and does not include a handling or boxing fee.
