Domestic Shipping Overview

October 2020 Update:

All paid orders are currently processing within 7 to 10 business days of purchase. Please note that we only ship orders Monday-Friday between 9 and 6 ET, excluding major holidays.  Any order placed during non-business hours will begin processing the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend. United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) are our primary shipping providers. You will have the option of selecting a carrier and shipping method at checkout. 

After leaving our facility, most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. You may experience delays from all carriers due to COVID-19. Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a USPS or UPS tracking number.  Please reference this number for tracking details on shipment status and/or location. London Grant is not responsible for shipping delays. Please accept all shipping quotes presented at checkout as estimates from the carrier.

We do not offer shipping outside of the United States at this time. 

Order Issues

We strive to provide an exceptional level of service to our customers.  Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have questions or issues (e.g. - incorrect quantity, never arrived, etc.) with your order, please email us at [email protected] and a Customer Care Member will be in contact within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations

Every order that our customers place immediately goes into processing so that we can get your handcrafted goodies to you as quickly as possible.  Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to process changes to an order once it is placed.

Refunds and Exchanges

We aim to make skincare that you and your family will love. Each of our products is handmade using natural ingredients, which means there may be slight variations or imperfections.   However, if your order is defective, we want to make it right for you.

Please keep in mind that some of our products are temperature sensitive. While we make every effort to ensure your package will arrive in perfect condition, you may notice that your products have sweat or melted in certain climates. Not to worry - this does not change the efficacy one bit.
